Appointment Duration & Guests
Appointments should be made at least 3 hours before. For last minute bookings, kindly contact us.
Each slot is limited to 1 hour per booking and are valid for a maximum of 5 guests. Kindly book more slots if you require longer hours.
Grace Period
A 15 minutes grace period applied. Late arrivals beyond this period may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the schedules time. Rescheduling requests made after this period, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
